Cassidee's 4 year well check

I remember her 4 month well check.....wow, time flies!
Here is the big girl in the waiting room!

And here she is in our room. She's coloring pretty pictures, and is still oblivious to the fact that she is getting 4 shots....


She was 38 3/4 inches tall, 30.6 lbs, and passed the vision and hearing screenings.

P.S. Her exact words to me when the nurse came in with the shot tray....
"I hope I don't have to be very brave right because I'm about to cry a whole lot."
Poor girl, but no more shots till 12! Woo Hoo!

I have a 4 year old?!

Oh my word! I never knew I could even come close to loving another baby like I love my own kids.....until I became an aunt today!
This sweet baby girl is my neice
Blayze Kathleen McCandless.
She was 7 lbs 11 oz and 19 inches long.
(She was named after my grandma-Kathleen)

Here are the two big cousins, Cal and Cassidee! They are really proud!

Rainbow Cupcakes

My girl LOVES to cook. Anything. Every day. All the time. She has a sweet tooth so I told her we could make cupcakes. And just to make a bigger mess for me to clean up, we decided to make rainbow ones.

Here she is mixing each color.

I was too lazy to make two batches so I crammed all the mix into 12 cups. Talk about an overflowed rainbow assortment of cupcakes!
