We had a busy week!

I'll start with two cute pictures that are over a week old, but I'm just now getting them on my computer.....

-
Maddox came over to play with Cassidee one night. My "little mom" had to take care of him. This included feeding him, when he was really feeding himself just fine! Look at her mouth wide open!

Of course, bath time was next. We put bath fizzies in the water--hence the color--it looks kinda gross. Cassidee always likes when there's someone else to play with in there.
Just a cute picture of her in her rocking chair.
On Friday Cassidee and I went to a gymnastics class at the Little Gym. She really enjoyed herself. The teacher said she did great at trying all the new things even with tons of kids around. She had a ball!
She liked the "explore on your own" part the best.
Walking on the balance beam. She even walked three steps with no help on the tall beam! Throwing mommy the "pur-pa" ball. (her current favorite color, and my favorite for her to say)
Bubbles are always a hit!
Shaking the bells and singing some song.....I didn't know it, but they did sing "Five little monkeys jumping on the bed...." I've never thought to sing that to her. She loves it now and asks to sing the monkey song now!
Waiting in the circle at the end of class for her "good job" stamp.

On to Saturday and our weekly swimming lessons. My parents came since Jeremy was working. Cassidee kept going out of the kiddie pool and talking to my dad. She would shake her head yes, say a bunch of unrecognizable words, and then go get back in the pool. This is just one of 10 times she did that.....
FYI---ignore the whale in the turquoise swim suit....
Blowing bubbles! (Or, drinking pool water if you are Cassidee....)

Just chillin' before class starts.
Floating on her back. She did surprising well with this.
Peek-A-Boo

Relaxing after class was over.
After swimming lessons we walked over to the park where Jeremy was "working." Coppell was having their annual Kid Fish and there was a special tank of fish for 8 and under kids. Of course Cassidee wanted to see the fish more than she wanted to fish for them, but oh well!
Catch us one, Daddy!
Cassidee decided to try it herself.....luckily daddy caught the pole before the threw it in the water.
Silly girl on the way home from her busy week......two "pappys" are always better than one!
